About Us
The Ypsilanti Area Jaycees is an organization for young men and women between the ages of 21-40.
We are a group of individuals focused on:
- community service,
- personal and professional development, and
- social and networking opportunities.
We currently have over 120 members, and run 80-100 projects a year. So we truly offer something for everyone. Those projects are run by, and developed by our members -- if you have an idea for a cause you'd like to help, or something you'd like to learn we can work with you to make such a project a reality.

The Ypsilanti Area Jaycees give back to the community in many ways by running our own projects and fundraising for and participating in other organizations events. Some projects we've recently been involved with are:
- American Cancer Society Relay for Life
- Accessible Playground Build
- Easter Egg Hunt & Marshmallow Drop
- Ypsi PRIDE City Clean-Up Day
- March for Babies
- Bountiful Baskets Project
- Senior Dinner
- 4th of July Parade

Whether you are new to Ypsilanti or have lived here all your life, being active in the Ypsilanti Area Jaycees will introduce you to new lifelong friends and business partners.
