Please join the Ypsilanti Jaycees in the sponsorship of this time honored event enjoyed by both young and old. No sponsorship is too great or too small, whether you choose to add a coupon to the “candy” bags given to each child or provide a few bags of marshmallows for the helicopter to drop.

To make things a bit easier we’ve created a few bundled offerings based on sponsorship level. Please check the box next to the level of participation and provide your contact information. We’ll gladly contact you directly to coordinate the details.

1.Platinum Level Sponsor: Display your company sign at the registration booth. Place up to two (2) approved items into the candy bags given to all children (~ 400 units). Plus your company will be listed as a sponsor in all media advertisements. You’ll also have an opportunity to set up a booth during the Hunt! $500.00

2.Gold Level Sponsor: Display your company sign on the field near the one of the “games” during the event. Provide the prizes for the game (prizes can be items supplied by your organization with your logo or we’ll purchase some age appropriate prizes on your behalf). An alternate option with the Gold level is to place one (1) item in the candy bags given to all children. Plus your company will be listed as a sponsor in all media advertisements. You’ll also have an opportunity to setup a booth during the Hunt! $250.00

3.Silver Level Sponsor: Display your company sign on the field near the “hunt” area. This area is sectioned off for the appropriate age groups while parents and children wait for the hunt to begin. Place one (1) item into the candy bags given to all children (~400 units). Plus your company will be listed as a sponsor in all media advertisements. $150.00

4.In Kind Sponsor: Provide candy, plastic eggs, marshmallows, bags for the candy, or another item that will be utilized during the event. $1+
