At each level of the organization there are officers or directors responsible for the part of the organization below them. At the district and region levels there are directors that provide support to chapters and serve as liaisons between chapters and the state. They also have periodic meetings and socials. At the State level - the state sets requirements for membership within the state. The state also puts on quarterly conventions where members from across the entire state come together for trainings, socializing, and awards covering the past quarter for chapters and projects run within the state.

There are also corresponding national and international conventions where awards are given out at too. Join the Jaycees and become part of a much larger organization & set of opportunities that extend far outside the chapter & local area that you are a part of.
