Spring Board and Degrees is a way to track your Jaycee involvement to ensure you get a well rounded experience in the Jaycees. There are ten degrees. During your first year of membership you can earn the first three degrees at the same time, which is called Spring Board. It is encouraged that all members earn their Spring Board so that when renewing they may make a well informed decision about all that the Jaycees have to offer. Degrees are a way of helping members continue their growth as Jaycees and learn skills along the way.
