This is the initial phase of the Degrees of Jaycees program. Covering degrees 1 through 3, the Involvement phase helps members get their feet wet by exploring and experiencing the variety of projects and programming that the Jaycees have to offer. If you are a new member who has joined in the past 6 months, also check out the "Passport to Leadership" (P2L) program, which is designed as a quick start to complete this first phase.

This is the second phase of the Degrees of Jaycees program. Covering Degrees 4 through 6, members will gain the experience to run better projects and programing, while developing leadership skills applicable to their professional lives.

This is the final phase of the Degrees of Jaycees program. Covering Degrees 7 through 10, the Leadership Phase will further enhance members' Jaycees and Leadership skills and knowledge by focusing on teaching and mentoring newer members, and carrying their applications to outside pursuits.
